In the second annual Master’s Banquet workshop, students presented a great diversity of projects exploring different digital and analogue craft techniques, learnt and developed over just a week in the Lab. Students entering the Masters of Architecture RIBA Part II programme, have the opportunity to complete all of the Lab Essentials courses held at the start of the year. They experiment, through making a piece for the banquet table upon one of the themes from: surface (‘tablecloth’), container (‘crockery’), instrument (‘cutlery’), vessel (‘glassware’), focal point (‘centrepiece’) and light (‘chandelier’).
