Moving the School of Architecture + Cities’ annual end of year OPEN exhibition online in 2020, the Virtual OPEN project created an interactive and completely digital experience for curating, exhibiting and visiting the student show. Culminating an unprecedented year of challenges and changes for the School of Architecture + Cities and the Fabrication Lab due to the coronavirus pandemic, Virtual Open was a groundbreaking prototype for creating a captivating, multimedia end of year exhibition in a completely online environment.
